Mike Kleven began the sermon telling of the fear he expereinced as a college student when the Soviet Union invaded Afghanistan in December 1979. He described how he'd been taught that the Soviet Union represented the Great Bear of the north in Biblical Prophecy. Putting together what he'd been taught about prophecy Mike beleived the invasion of Afghanistan was just a first step in a Soviet move toward Israel, the Battle of Armageddon and the seven years of tribulation.
